Eva Manouseli is a primary school teacher and children's yoga teacher. From a young age she loved to create new worlds in her mind with various media such as clay, colors and movement. With the help of rhythm and creation, she creates groups full of laughter, play and connection that bring children in touch with their mindfulness and authentic selves.
In these children's yoga classes we will travel to magical worlds, full of rhythm and imagination. Guided by sound, our senses and the game, we will explore new islands... Like the one that tells stories about musicians from all over the world or the one that hides musical instruments in its caves. We will solve mysteries, learn to work together, breathe properly to calm or energize our bodies, and move consciously. Come and experience together an unforgettable adventure full of laughter, music and play!
We have 2 groups, one with 4-6 year olds and one with 6+
The tryouts will take place on July 1 and 3 at 6 p.m.
The courses start on July 8 and the times for children from 4 to 6 years old are 5:30-6:30 pm and for children 6+ it is 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
The teams will be up to 8 children.
Cost per child 45 euros per month.
