The two-day seminar with the distinguished musician-instrument maker Stelios Petrakis, which took place at the Thyrathen museum on October 26 and 27, ended with great success and an impressive turnout.
The instrument-making seminar, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and specifically by the Directorate of Newer Cultural Heritage, gathered the interest of both traditional music lovers and professional musicians, who had the opportunity to get to know the techniques and inspiration of the renowned artist up close.
The participants enjoyed unique moments of learning and creative exchange of ideas, while the atmosphere of cooperation and enthusiasm that prevailed throughout the seminar highlighted the dynamics of our musical tradition and the art of instrument making in general. We thank everyone who participated and supported this event, as well as the Ministry of Culture for its valuable contribution.
