EXPLORE KROUSONAS
Krousonas is located at the foothills of idi mountain or else known as psiloritis.
Walking through the alleys with houses from the 18th century, we will get to know the traditional way of life of the cretans and the history of the village.
The monastery of St. Irene from the 16th century will host us for a while, giving us the agnificent view and the fresh mountain air.
The shade of a plane tree will give us a cool break to taste the local cheese.
And finally the Mediterranean cuisine could not be missing from the village's tavern.
